Vaidista was born in 2020 from the kitchen of Shefali Chourasiya — a chemical engineer who left a well-paying corporate job to follow her passion for natural self-care. Inspired by watching her mother follow Ayurvedic practices and make natural oil blends at home, Shefali spent 1.5 years doing R&D, understanding formulations, and testing products before officially launching Vaidista. Her first customers were family and close friends whose positive feedback gave her the confidence to start. Today she handles everything single-handedly — from formulation to packaging to delivery — with one belief: self-care should feel natural, honest, and handmade with intention.
